Its Official - We're on for May 2007

Well, its all set. I strong-armed the boss into letting me take 3 weeks in May and I got it. I'll be taking cousin Jerry (imagine that said in a Balki voice) with me to tour the Moorish spendours of Spain and Morocco and possibly to party it up in London while we're at it.

No official itinerary exists, but in order not to pay billions upon billions of Dhirams on flights between locales, we decided to book some of them in advance.

Highlights of the trip will include:

1. London (with the requisite drinking)
2. Seville (Lonely Planet doesn't say much about this place)
3. Granada (Some guy at Europe Bound highly recommended the Alhambra)
4. Gibraltar (What would a trip be without seeing a big rock)
5. Tangier (Dashing through the souks)
6. Fez (No, not the hispanic kid on That 70's Show)
7. Casablanca (Play it again Frank)
8. Marrakesh (The land of hash and rugs)
9. Barcelona (Cheering on sausage boy at the Spanish GP)
10. Madrid (Olé!)
11. Toledo (Not in Ohio)
12. Segovia (To quench my thirst for engineering antiquity)
13. London (not enough time to get drunk this time round)
14. Home (so as not to end on an unlucky number)
